FAQ — Frequently Asked Questions about the Courses

  • Do the courses provide a certificate?
    Yes, an official certificate of completion is issued at the end of every course.
  • Do I need to be a qualified aesthetician to participate?
    The courses are open exclusively to health and wellness practitioners, physiotherapists, qualified aestheticians, certified massage therapists, or industry professionals.
    Some courses are also open to spa managers. If you are unsure whether your profile qualifies, please get in touch — we will assess it together.
  • How is the course fee paid?
    After completing the registration form, you will receive an email with all the details to complete your enrolment securely via bank transfer.
  • Is it possible to make up a missed session?
    Yes. In the event of documented unforeseen circumstances, you will be placed in the next available course. Each case is assessed individually.
  • Can I attend Level 1 only and take Level 2 at a later date?
    Yes, it is possible to attend the two levels separately. Level 1 spans two days and is fully standalone. The individual investment for each level is:
    • Level 1: €1200 (VAT excl.)
    • Level 2: €550 (VAT excl.)
    • The complete Level 1 & 2 package is available at €1,500 (VAT excl.).
  • Are course materials included?
    Yes, all courses include printed or digital technical materials (reference sheets, illustrated charts, explanations) and the products required for training.
  • How many participants are there per course?
    Courses have limited enrolment to ensure quality and personalised attention. Individual or small-group formats allow for in-depth, guided learning.
  • Can I receive support after the course?
    Yes, post-training support is available via email or video call, for practical questions and clarifications.
  • Do I need to bring a model?
    No, this is not required. Practical exercises are carried out on real models provided during the course.
  • Can I book a free video call to find out if the course is right for me?
    Yes, I am happy to offer a short video call upon request, to help you understand whether the programme suits your profile and to answer any questions you may have.
